Support Ticket
Have an issue on your website?
Click on the link to submit a support ticket. Support requests are prioritised in order of urgency but we aim to respond to all requests within 2 working days.
No support package? There is a £30 support ticket fee to cover the following:

We will investigate the issue and, if can be fixed within 20 minutes, we will fix it.

If the issue cannot be fixed within this timeframe, we will provide a quote for the work.

If this issue needs to be reported to Wix as a bug, we will raise a priority support ticket and manage this on your behalf.
If you are on a support package, there is no support ticket fee.

Need to update your website with new content or functionality?

No support package? There is a minimum £30 fee for all work.
